The commercial brewery and taproom has been operating from 147 Bath Road, Kirrawee 2232 since 2019, but have been actively been providing Australia with beers for the last 6 years.
The Sunday Road Cryotherapy Hazy IPA has been voted #64 in the GABS Hottest 100 for 2024! Unbelievable achievement from the team.

Shark Island Brewing was established in 2015 by a bunch of mates with a long standing passion for brewing beer. Brewers James Peebles (of 'Hopping Mad' brewery in Orange, and Balmain Brewery) and Dion 'Driza' Dickinson kicked off the initial idea and enlisted support from some old high school mates (Jannali High, no less!) to bring the brewery to life. These days, our crew has expanded to include other mates who all take part in running Shark Island Brewery - and yes, you'll see all of us proudly pouring beers at the cellar door!
